Synopsis
While out on her roller blades, Kelsey saves a dog named Dorsey from getting hit by a car. Nancy, the dog's owner is later seen on television by Kelsey and Dana on a brief Space Shuttle mission. Meanwhile, a tornado monster is attempting to destroy the city just as the Rangers finally meet Diabolico. The Rangers call for the rescue bird and destroy the monster, but the shuttle gets caught in the tornado in the process. As a result, the Rangers call for their rail rescues and try to get control of the shuttle. Kelsey gets the shuttle to land on top of Rail Rescue 4 and is successful, but Jinxer grows the monster and the Rangers destroy the monster.
