Après un premier événement labellisé «Roadblock» en mars 2016 à Toronto, le concept revient pour un second round mais cette fois-ci dans la PPG Paints Arena de Pittsburgh. On devait y retrouver Roman Reigns, Seth Rollins, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Sami Zayn, The New Day, Enzo & Cass, Sasha Banks ou encore Charlotte.
