Synopsis
Kanazawa, Kaga. The middle school student, Urara Haneyama, loses her way and stumbles into an encounter with Team Blackout and its leader Yu-yu Kondo at night in the amusement park. Meanwhile, a mysterious man "Jinki" is gathering outstanding Vanguard fighters for reasons unknown.
