Synopsis

One the one year anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attack, Dateline and Tom Brokaw talks to the air traffic controllers who saw the events of that day unfold before their very eyes from beginning to end. They discuss their experiences and emotions. They also talk about having to help ground ever plane in U.S air space, something that had never before been attempted.
