Synopsis
Daniel wants to perform more tests on Eric to figure out what made him so ill. But Eric refuses. Eric is grateful when Nicole finds a way to save the school project. Kristen and Marlena have a scratchy encounter. Later, Marlena refuses to talk to Caroline about John, and Caroline notes Roman still has strong feelings for Marlena. Brady is twigged to learn Kristen visited Eric in the hospital but later tells Daniel he never wants to see or think of Kristen again. In the town square, JJ gets high and shoplifts with Rory, Cole and Bev. JJ and Cole get into a fight when Cole defaces the tree dedicated to his great-grandparents, Tom and Alice Horton. Bev and Rory flee before the police arrive, and JJ and Cole are arrested for fighting and for the stolen goods found on them. Meanwhile, Jennifer’s thinking of Daniel, wanting to straighten things out with him when she gets a call from the police that JJ’s been arrested. Jennifer’s supportive when she learns he was defending the Horton family tree. She believes everything was Cole’s fault – until she learns JJ was also arrested for shoplifting. Meanwhile, Anne relishes telling Daniel the news about JJ’s arrest. Cameron confronts Abigail about the secret she and Chad have been keeping. He says he’s crazy about Abigail, but is not into mind games. Either they’re exclusive and serious… or they’re over.
