Synopsis
EJ is stunned by Sami’s idea to flip EJ to the prosecutor in exchange for a lighter sentence. Desperate Sami defends herself, pointing out he can then do the same to Stefano and cut a deal of his own. Melinda returns and wonders if they still have a deal. Sami makes the difficult decision and says, no they do not. Sami apologizes for putting EJ on the chopping block. Eric comes across a book of matches and is oddly disturbed. Nicole explains how they were from the hotel he stayed at in the capitol. This affects Eric greatly and when she questions, he overreacts. Brady arrives with stunning news. Earlier, Brady proposes to Kristen and tells her he’s convinced she really has changed. Once Kristen goes home, she finds herself thinking about what it might be like to share a child with Brady… her reverie interrupted by Marlena’s arrival. Earlier, Marlena meets with Victor, both anxious to follow up on the call she overheard Kristen making. Marlena approaches Roman about getting a copy of Kristen’s phone records to see who Kristen was talking to. But Roman says he can’t help. Marlena then goes to the DiMera mansion on a fishing expedition. Will tells Sonny he regrets giving Gabi a hard time over letting Nick have access to Arianna. Meanwhile, Nick meets up with Gabi, who doesn’t realize he’s falling for her all over again. Later, she and Sonny make amends… but a surprising discovery ruins their short-lived truce. Against this, Nick asks Will if he was upset about him holding Arianna. Will finally vents as he lets his cousin know it’s too damn hard to just forget everything Nick put him through.
