Synopsis
Sami threatens Nick, saying she will send Gabi to jail. EJ arrives and stops her. He warns exposing Gabi’s past (the details of which Sami doesn’t even really know) could hurt Chad. At the same time, Nick sends Will a text, telling him they need to settle this once and for all. Earlier, Will tells Lucas and Sonny he wants to turn himself in for shooting EJ but they talk him out of it. After he receives the text from Nick, they meet up with him at the hospital. Nick points out how Will’s daughter would be better off without him and his family in her life. Sami returns and blasts Nick but he won’t back down. A notary shows up with papers, and Nick demands Will sign over his rights to his baby. At the same time, Gabi has a bad dream about Sami, but Rafe comforts her. Gabi decides on a special name for her baby. Rafe arrives to question Chloe and Abigail about their very public altercation. Chloe could press charges, but she “takes the high road” and doesn’t. Daniel asks if Abigail is okay, but Jennifer freezes him out. Later at home, Chloe tells Daniel she has a brilliant idea – her mom, Nancy, can come help with the baby! At the same time, Jennifer comforts Abigail and is horrified about the things Chloe said to her daughter. Later, Daniel drops by and Jennifer promptly tells him she wants to break up. Later, Abigail is flustered when she walks in on Cameron changing out of his clothes. In the confessional, Nicole thinks she’s about to confess her feelings for Eric to Father Matt, unaware that Eric is on the other side. But when Eric asks her to elaborate what’s bothering her, she freezes at the sound of his voice and shuts down. After a brief chat with Sister Margaret, Nicole realizes Eric is not the real problem – she is.
