Synopsis
Kristen and Brady come back to the house after their nasty encounter with John and Marlena – both of them unaware they’re being watched. Brady develops a headache, and when Daniel arrives, Kristen brings it up, hoping it isn’t some residual effect from the beating Brady took from the thugs she hired a few months back. Later, Brady goes to see Victor, and Kristen answers the door to one of those thugs, Sy, who has been waiting for just the right moment to approach her… Daniel and Jennifer continue to celebrate their reunion on Smith Island. Daniel realizes he must find Chloe and make it absolutely clear that he and Jennifer are together and that the games will now end. Later, Daniel has trouble finding Chloe, who confronts Jennifer at her home… Earlier, Chloe makes a mysterious call to Nancy, who is with Parker. Nicole happens upon her and knows Chloe must be up to no good. They clash, Chloe insisting that Nicole was a loser with Daniel but Chloe’s no quitter. Later, Chloe get a text from Nancy that things are “all set” and armed with this knowledge, she heads to see Jennifer. Kate and Rafe arrive at the coffee house looking for Sonny. Kate is anxious to prevent him from telling Will about her and Rafe’s dalliance but Rafe is less worried, not seeing the harm in going public. But Kate fears Stefano’s reaction and wonders again if they should just end it. Before this can go further, Will and Sonny arrive. Kate pulls Sonny aside to ensure his silence, while Rafe talks to Will about giving up his rights to the baby. Lucas enters and diffuses the situation before Rafe or Kate can learn too much about why Will would agree to such a thing. Later, when Rafe calls Kate to check on her, she sadly reiterates her notion that it’s time for them to end things, and they do. Meanwhile, Will purposefully doesn’t tell Sonny about his intention to enlist Stefano’s help to go after Nick. Earlier, Sonny’s close to telling Will about what he saw between Rafe and Kate but they’re interrupted by Lucas. Later, when Will presses about what Sonny was about to say, Sonny covers for them.
