Synopsis
Freeza boasts that he has still not reached his true power, but Piccolo is still fighting with his weighted clothing on. Once Piccolo removes the clothing and gets down to business, his power is no less formidable than Freeza's. In spite of this, Freeza's nonchalant attitude remains intact.
