Synopsis
The 1991 savage rape and murder of 22-year-old Cindy Pavey, single mom of 2, rattles the tranquil town of Murphysboro, IL. Police investigate a potentially deadly love triangle, but it will take 17 years to harvest the leads necessary to bring her killer to justice.
