Synopsis
The emperor hires the Triplets to design him a new suit. When the suit is ready, the Bored Witch makes it disappear. The girls have no time to make another suit so they convince the emperor that they have made him a suit that can only be seen by intelligent people. Besides the fact that the clothes don't exist, the emperor assures everyone that he can see them and he parades through the crowds...
