Synopsis
Mr. Builder and construction cars are busy finishing railway station construction. On the other hand, Brooms town chorus is practicing to celebrate the railway station opening. However, new members, LIFTY and TERRY, are always late due to busy works on the harbor. One night, there is heavy rainfall along with strong wind and it damages wooden materials for construction.
