Synopsis

This episode begins with a thorough and gentle warm-up. The teaching sequence breaks down two shimmies: the 'shoulder- shimmy' and the 'shimmy-layered hip-circle', two turns: the 'cutturn' and the 'sa'idi turn', as well as the 'hip-rotation' and the challenging 'tremor figure-eight'.
