Synopsis
Geologist Theodore Lytton and his young nephew/assistant Jonas, are having difficulty attracting audiences to his lectures. Lytton's support of Darwinism and the theory of evolution has obviously left a sour taste in people's mouths. This controversy has also contributed to his lack of funding for his next expedition. Desperate for money, he participates in the illegal sport of prize fighting.
