A nice excursion from Ajoux and Aubenas ( Babette Fort and the guesthouse "Le Temps des Cerises", Babette showing to Sophie the panorama-Le Gerbier du Jonc, the Ardèche of the butter and the Ardèche of the olive trees-, Norbert Durand and his sheep, the making of "tomme de montagne" with the milk of the sheep, the refinement of the cheese- during 7 to 9 months-, the delivery to the town of Aubenas, the stand in market and the sale of the cheeses) to Annonay (Mercedes Taravillo and the hot air balloon, the sewing and the checking of the balloons, the hot air balloon flight-Yves Guicherd and his son Ludovic Guicherd, the balloon traveling over Annonay-the beautiful panorama of the region-) passing by Vallon-Pont-d'Arc (the kayaking coach Benoît Gilly, the kayaking on the Ardèche river, the passage under the natural arch, the talk with the fishermen-the common chub-, the quiet days in the spring, but in the summer they give up to fish because of too many canoes in the river) and by the Aven d'Orgnac (the speleo guide Stéphane Tocinot, the story of the first exploration of the chasm by the speleologist De Joly in 1935, the visit of the great room, and later the walk in the second part of the grotto).
