La série animée "鋼の錬金術師" (Fullmetal Alchemist, 2003) captive par son intrigue sombre et ses personnages profonds. Bien que déviant du manga, elle charme par son ton mature et des thèmes lourds. Cependant, son dénouement divise face à la version Brotherhood.
