El Barco : Épisode 7 (2011)

Synopsis

Gamboa finds a student stealing food and, after a struggle, the boy is hurt. To treat him properly they would need to use 70 % of the cortisone available in the ship's infirmary and while Ulises, as the mayor, is willing to give him the medication, Gamboa won't let it happen. It's nine in the morning and the alarm clocks ring, but the group realises that something is wrong when no light comes through the windows. Outside there is only darkness. The crew suspect that they are not where they thought, but it's impossible to know, as the compass keeps spinning randomly, unable to point to the north. All screens, digital watches and devices are failing. Ainhoa goes to Ulises' room to thank him for saving her father, but he can't help criticizing her for getting into someone else's bed after being with him. An unexpected show of support comes from her father, who decides that he needs to give his daughter's boyfriend a chance and invites them both for dinner. He also wants to spend more time with Valeria, so he goes to class with her.
