Synopsis

While on the beach, those on land see a flare in the distance. It can only mean one thing: Max is in danger. He ventured onto the island a week ago and they haven’t heard from him since. He's clearly asking for help, so they decide to organize a small expedition. Piti, Cho, Vilma and Ainhoa go to look for him. The situation in the building must be also quite dramatic, based on Ulises' last message, which said they were being attacked. The Polar Star is on its way to the building and will arrive in the morning, hoping to be in time and that everyone will be fine. Palomares and Gamboa are bracing the lab's cupboards when, suddenly, a thread of red liquid begins to flow from a hole they made with a drill. It looks like blood. What's hidden behind the lab's walls and why? Does Julia know about this double wall? They're not the only ones with an unsettling discovery. By chance Ramiro finds a small spy camera in the captain's cabin. If they follow the cable, they will find out who the spy is. The captain and Julia have their first argument, just a small domestic disagreement, but they get some misguided advice. Things are not flowing for Cho and Vilma either. Not sure if he doesn't like her or if it's just the language barrier, she decides to take the first step and kiss him, but he backs off instinctively, frustrating Vilma's hopes even more. Ainhoa, Piti and Cho try to free Vilma's foot, caught in a trap. They realise someone else is there and Ainhoa tries to defend them. Then they start getting shot at. Meanwhile, Gamboa contacts the submarine, who say they will hunt the Polar Star. The whole crew is cornered and in mortal danger.
