Klassenleben (2005)

Synopsis

For some time some German schools aim not to single out a child. Everyone should be integrated with its small or big handicaps, merits or weaknesses, hindered whether gifted or difficult. Klassenleben (class life) tells of such a school, their teachers, their children and the enormous challenge of learning. In 2004 Hubertus Siegert and his film crew accompanied the class 5d Berlin Fläming Elementary School. Their documentary shows the lives of 20 students with extremely different abilities.
