Synopsis
The members of the Koto Club of the Tokise still freshly remember the bitter defeat in their club room, where they are informed by their assistant that their next appearance will be at the school festival in September. At school, Takezo and Hiro are assigned to the shopping group for the school festival, while Chika and Satowa work on the decorations and the like.
