Synopsis
While Samsik deals with the stolen ballot boxes, Kim San secretly meets with An Kichul.An Kichul unveils his coup plans involving the military and discloses significant details about Samsik's past. He proposes that Kim San join his effort for national reconstruction, pledging a Special Act for Cheongwoo Federation.An Kichul urges Kim San to keep this plan a secret from Samsik, but Kim San is overwhelmed by fear and confesses the information to Samsik. Samsik then proceeds to go over to An Kichul while regretting his oversight in underestimating An Kichul.
