Synopsis
The administrative council and Security clash over who should take charge of Dennis who is both a student at the Academy and a serious threat. The council puts a stop to Rojet using his authority to block Security's movements, but Rojet announces a new plan, the "King's Gambit." Meanwhile, Dennis has been injured in his duel with Kurosaki, and a certain young man appears before him...
